Liminal World: Canada (getting through the challenging year)
Graham will first take us on the joyride from west coast Canada to the eastern province of Ontario. We’ll meet him in Ottawa, capital of Canada where he moved last year to start a new life with his young family. Though whole year he was facing with many so called expected challenges like building foundation for new life, learning language, creating community, finding new routine but also the struggles he couldn’t predict or control such as loss, emotional disturbances and coronavirus situation. I enjoyed sharing thoughts with him, and I believe many will benefit hearing him talking about changes we are all experiencing: evaluating new normal, balancing work/family life, dealing with anxiety, recovering from loss, and restoring trust in life.
